“ Found this on Yelp and had to try it. My daughter and husband ordered poke bowls and were pleased with the flavor and quantity. I ordered a combination plate of fried chicken and kalbi ribs. The ribs were tender and great flavor that I complimented the chef. There was enough for leftovers to eat the next day. ”
“ I ordered using yelp.. food was so delicious! I picked up and ate it in the room! I cant gt enough of the food i ordered. I will for-sure go back again ”
“ First time here. Small, quiet, great staff!!! The food was fresh and delicious. We tried poke bowl with salmon and shrimp. It was so delicious!! I am not going to lie...if you are unsure and new to this kind of food...go for the garlic chicken!!!! It was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Can't wait to go back!! ”
“ It is hard to find authentic Hawaiian Food and this dish place did not disappoint! I first went to the one in Reno (which is also very good) and they told me they had a location in Sparks, I became super excited, because it was close to home! This visit this location wherever my best friend comes into town. I have been there several times and I keep forgetting to leave a review! So tonight is the night! The food was extra good tonight (BEST Hawaiian Food I have ever had) and the service was awesome as always! The location is cute and I love the pictures that represent their business! I get the same thing every time, the Mixed Plate (Mochiko Fried Chicken and Kalbi Ribs with 1 scoop rice and 2 Macs) and there is so much food I eat it for two meals! Check them out, I promise you won't be disappointed! ”
“ My partner and I dropped by Loco Ono for our final meal together since it was an easy grab-and-go poke and their pricing was fair. For $13, I was able to get a delicious tofu plant-based poke bowl with so many fixings. They offer all the usual toppings from edamame to seaweed salad, and all different kinds of sauces to amp up your bowl. I appreciated being able to select brown rice and mixed greens as my base for no additional charge. The regular size bowl was a large portion and was perfect for 1.5 meals, but of course I ended up eating it all at once. Our server was also super friendly and helpful. The moment I told her that everything would need to be vegan, she made sure to read out which sauces were vegan friendly without me asking, and even loaded up my bowl with so many veg toppings that it was bursting. The ambiance is fairly basic so I would consider this more for grab-and-go especially at night, but the price and quality of the poke is great and I would recommend to anyone. ”
“ YUM! I did an online order for their Kalbi lunch plate and spam masubi. The kalbi was delicious and tender. The portion was generous as well. The lunch plates came with two spoons of white rice and a side of macaroni salad. The spam masubi was average; I thought it was oversauced and salty. Regardless, I'll be back to try their poke! ”
“ I ordered the Kalbi plate and it was GREAT. It's something I always have a craving for. The cook on the meat is good and they give you a good amount as well. I asked for more rice instead of the macaroni salad and they definitely accommodated that. Comes out hot and delicious. The service is nice as well. ”
“ Food is yummy and the teriyaki bowl is the best and the poke bowl is delicious and huge I ordered the large served me for two meals and the service was great! ”
“ We always come here when in Reno. A very casual Hawaiian poke place with counter service and find a table Type of place. I opted for a large poke bowl. It was huge! I got mostly everything on it. I got half salad and half wonton chips. There was so much that I took half and had it for breakfast a couple of days after. The wonton chips were still crispy. I just crunched some over the top of my poke bowl and drizzled some soy sauce. It was yummy! I hubby opted for the mixed plate at $17. He got chicken kaarage and curry chicken katsu. There was so much food. Everything was crispy and the curry sauce was excellent. I just wasn't that impressed with the Mac salad. Maybe need more Mayo and shredded carrots. Didn't have too much flavor. I think next time I can get the keiki size bowl but for $6 more got The large. ”
